Kyle Scheibner earned a Bachelor of Science at Rutgers University in 2005.  Upon graduation, Mr. Scheibner managed a South Jersey lumberyard where he executed public and private accounts for over a decade.  In 2016, Mr. Scheibner enrolled in the Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey, where he was president of the New Jersey Association for Justice, an advocacy group for trial attorneys.  Kyle was also a student editor of the Cannabis Law Journal, a nationwide publication focused on emerging case law and issues facing the emerging legal cannabis industry.  

As a law student Mr. Scheibner interned with the Atlantic County Criminal Court, Atlantic County Public Defenders Office, and the Atlantic County Office of Law.  After graduation Mr. Scheibner clerked for the Honorable James Den-Uyl in the Ocean County Civil division.  

Before joining the Law Offices of Robert I. Segal, Mr. Scheibner litigated commercial, construction law, and homeowner’s association disputes at prestigious firms in both Burlington and Atlantic County, New Jersey.  As an Associate at the Law Offices of Robert Segal, Mr. Scheibner approaches every case by leaving no stone unturned, calling on the combined experience of the legal team, medical experts, and expert staff to ensure his clients are in the best position to succeed.
